Panny roztropne to kontynuacja bestsellerowej powieści Magdaleny Witkiewicz Milaczek. Co do tej części miałam duże wymagania, gdyż poprzedniczka niefrasobliwością i humorem potrafiła sprawić, iż cały dzień chodziłam z uśmiechem na ustach. Chciałam poznać dalsze losy Mileny, Zofii i przede wszystkim mojej ulubionej postaci, czyli Bachora, dziewczynkę o niesłychanym wręcz talencie do rozśmieszania mnie i natychmiastowej poprawy humoru.
Czy w dwudziestym pierwszym wieku są jeszcze panny roztropne? – zastanawia się ośmioletnia Zuzanna, zwana Bachorem, dziecię nieprzeciętnie inteligentne, a w dodatku przecudnej urody.
Czy panną roztropną jest Milaczek, w dalszym ciągu szukający miłości idealnej,
czy może ponad sześćdziesięciopięcioletnia ekscentryczna i nadal seksowna młoda mężatka, pani Zofia Kruk? A może Aleksandra Pieczka, emerytowana gimnastyczka, która uciekając
od mężczyzny swojego byłego życia, zatrzymała się w domu pod lasem?
Czy aby być panną roztropną należy mieć oliwę w torebce, czy wystarczą zwykłe baterie? I co na to pies arystokrata - Parys Antonio, który baterii zdecydowanie nie lubi?
Książka zachwyciła mnie tak samo jak poprzednia część Milaczek - ciepła, pogodna i przezabawna opowieść. Tym razem historia - przynajmniej według mnie - była bardziej ciekawa i wciągająca. W kwestii bohaterów nic się nie zmieniło i jest to duży plus, bo jakżeby można zastąpić nieocenionego i wścibskiego Bachora, uroczego Milaczka i ekscentryczną starszą panię Zofię Kruk? Postacie bawią tak samo, jeśli nie lepiej w porównaniu z poprzednią książką Magdaleny Witkiewicz, co owocuje salwami perlistego i niczym nie pohamowanego śmiechu. A żeby nie było zbyt nudno i powtarzalnie w Pannach roztropnych pojawia się nowa osoba - Aleksandra Pieczka, emerytowana gimnastyczka która.. Ale o tym już w książce! W każdym razie zdradzę, że polubiłam ją prawie tak samo jak Zuzannę, moją najukochańszą bohaterkę wykreowaną przez autorkę.Miałam to szczęście czytać Panny roztropne tuż po lekturze Milaczka, tak więc nie zdążył opuścić mnie wesoły humor po przeczytaniu 'jedynki' a już pękałam ze śmiechu - ponownie - przy każdym rozdziale poświęconemu Bachorowi vel Zuzannie. Tak jak poprzednio napiszę tylko tak: Nie da się nie lubić tej książki, która jest idealną lekturą dla każdego, a już na pewno obowiązkową dla każdego smutasa!
